That’s why, if a student receives a copy case, we offer a new assignment and project report of same subject again free of cost. However, as our products are in electronic format, we do not offer any return option.

For general assignments and projects, refunds are not available.

If a student scores less than 15 marks out of 30 in our Turnitin customised unique assignments we will provide new assignment of same subject again free of cost.

If a student purchases a general assignment and finds the solution outdated or vastly different from their current semester, we don’t offer any refund in such cases.
If a student is found to have shared their unique assignments or projects with others, refunds will not be granted.

Exchanges
At Crewcrux Group, we understand that mistakes happen and you may accidentally purchase the same subject twice. That’s why we offer an exchange option for these situations. To process your exchange, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
